OK I have a black '99 and have been trying to decide how to makeover the front end I know I wanna run a billet grille and clear corners but cant decide if I should go with a Tahoe grille or color match the plastic part of the stock grille and leave the chrome strip im going to run a billiet grill either way I not sure stock painted grill would look on black and Im thinking a tahoe grille might be TOO much chrome (no contrast) anyways some pictures of either or both would be awsome. Oh yea and its not a street truck its 4x4 and will be lifted this summer and I do plan on getting a painted bumper cap too

 

I have a Tahoe grill, inserts, billet bowtie, clears, and my truck is painted Sparkle Silver... Its a color that almost looks like bare metal, every thing is color matched and I love the way it looks.... Pic is in the sig... So I say go tahoe...

depends on your truck's color... and what you like yourself... I like the painted look on the darker colors myself and the chrome on the lighter ones... Just me $.02 though, do whatever your little heart desires...
