Stock clearcoated wheel repair. Help!

Anybody have an idea of what to use to repair small scrapes on my stock wheels?? Something to keep the wheel sealed so it wont corrode. Any help would be appreciated!!

Duplicolor makes a clearcoat just like touchup paint but it's clearcoat. I have never tried it though but that's all I can think of.
