I crashed mine last thursday, but its coming outta the shop brand new, with a HD hood and a yukon 71 bumper/airdam so should look sic in a couple weeks. Stepsides look best when they are level, and without the stock tires.....black too

I like those wheels. I'd thought about doing that on my Red '99 Chevy when I had it, but wasn't sure if I could get the center caps chromed since they were plastic and things still look right.

BTW, pics of my Yellow Stepside in my sig. It's stock right now, but hoping to drop it and get new wheels over the winter.

 

that and the fact that a stepside is 800 bucks more weighs more and has half the space of course they do look good in rcsb form especially 4wd versions.

 

I got those off of eBay. Someone had the stock alloys chromed by a friend for use on a 30s or 40s street rod. He nixed the street rod project and listed these on eBay. I picked them up for $325 shipped to my door. Couldn't pass them up for that price!
