Should have asked this to start with so here goes.
If my truck currently does not have signal mirrors will I need to run wires or do all GM trucks come with that additional connector already there?
I know my truck did not come with the mirror compass but the connection was under the headliner.
Thanks again.

If nothing else.. you could always add the signals to your stock mirrors..... Muthco.com is what i've found so far..for such a situation.

Very old post I know but to those guys who have these, could you post pics (front on being the most important with a 30degree front on as well)? I'm trying to decide between sanding/painting my factory mirrors or just converting but can't decide. The stockers look too big yet I'm not sure these aren't too small.

yes they do, might take a day or two to get use to, but well worth it imo. ive also noticed in two different trucks less incab wind noise from them..

I like mine alot but its much harder to see out of them then stock mirrors. I actually side swipped a guy cause the blind spot with them is bigger.

I had them on my truck a few years ago, I think they are small for a ext cab or crew cab, but looks right on a single cab

here's what it looked like

With them adjusted right, the blindspot should be very minimal, but with all mirrors you will have a blindspot somewhere. As I stated in my first post way back when, yes the mirrors are smaller and take a little while to get use to, but compared to other cars the mirrors are still bigger than others. Which makes the transition that much easier.

RCs look great with them, ECs just depend on the look of the rest of the truck, CCs need the stock mirrors IMO.
