you can buy led's and approiate resisotrs right off ebay

03+ trucks have to solder in on the cluster, 99-02 trucks are straight bulb replacements

c-leds is where i bought mine from. btw like i said i used all 3mm bulbs, no 5's in the cluster cause they were darker.

heres the link for the leds i used, they have red too.
http://c-leds.com/store/product.php?id_product=93

And the resistors

Ill get a quick pic in a sec of the back of my cluster and how I soldered them in, I wouldnt do the twist lock bulbs cause I've heard they eventually burn out.

The best way Ive found to remove the needles is when the truck is on and hot. Take a picture of it with your phone, while its at operating temp.

Then when you go back to put em on, stick the cluster in with no needles, start the truck, let it warm up, and stick the needles on according to your pic.

I have most of the needles memorized just from looking at them all the time. Water temp is right before 210 on mine, battery is like 15volts, oil pressure is about 40 at idle, rpm is about 500 at idle, speedo is sitting on the pin inactive. You do need to know how much gas you have though in order to get it correct.

Of course all these settings are for mine, yours may be different.
