I finally figured out the wiring on the A/C controls with the help of a member posting a link to a great write up on it. I was able to do it in like 30 minutes. The pic doesnt do it justice.

Fastnblu: didnt do anything sifferent, I think cause I didnt take it at night. Ill post another night pic in a lil while.

Qwank, I removed the stock bulbs from their locations (6) and soldered in (2) 3mm flat top leds in each bulb location. for a total of 12 LEDS. I had originally used 5mm leds on the cluster (1 in each location) but they were a lot darker blue then the 3mm's and I liked them better. I can get pics if you need it. Cluster is the easiest part.
