does anyone know if this comes with all the hardware and how hard is it to install. I saw one on a truck the other day but their was a 3 inch space in between the headlight and the top of the bumper, why? want to get one from street scenes I think. But don't want it to be spaced that far.

Are you talking about the GM bumper, or the Street Scene one?

Either way, your best bet would be to call a dealership or Street Scene and ask them those questions. I don't know that anyone around here has one of these covers on their truck.
