I am going to get the Line-X in my truck here soon. But I also wanted to mention that I read in a Magazine, that some of you might saw. That they were rebuilding a boat trailer and when the had the new wood that holds the boat on the trailer (the "bunks") They had those pieces of wood Line-X'd, and then carpeted over them. I just so happen to have a boat and a trailer that desperately needs rebuild and I am going to have that done to the wood at the same time of my bed and hopefully save me a little bit of money. They say it seals the wood like you wouldn't believe! NO MORE ROT! I love it!

I know resin is made to bond to wood and definitely designed for a marine environment. it also makes a smooth finish. I would think the rough finish of a bedliner would cause problems with adhesion with the glue. I would think friction caused by the boat moving on the trailer would eventually wear away the carpet from the inside out
