Doors wil make the biggest difference, be sure to double layer while you're in there. Next get the floor and back wall. The ceiling will make a difference, but it's the last place I'd do.

Pretty much everywhere where sheet metal is exposed. Floor pan is a biggie, doors are obvious, behind rear seat is good, etc.

Use your best judgment on where it should go according to your budget.

As far as the rear pillars go, get some expanding foam. Does the job better than sound deadening. Let me see if I can find the link...
