IMO I wouldnt run a 3in spring,those couldnt possibly ride very well.I would go with the normal 2in spindle and 1in spring if you want 3in of drop in the front.I had a 06 crew classic and I lowered it the cheap way with 2in springs in the front and a flip kit in the rear and no cnotch and it rode like crap.IMO what ever you do run a spindle in the front.
