how did you paint the mirrors like that? i like the painted outside part with the chrome caps still on.

 

Kick *** truck!!!! It would be appreciated if you could give some insight on how you made your headlights clear without orange in them?

 

His are aftermarket crystal clears (which I STILL want to buy from him), but clearing the factory ones is easy. Put the headlight housing in an oven with the heat on the lowest temp for about 5-7 minutes. Melt the epoxy holding the lens to the housing, separate the two, and pull the amber reflector out. Seal it back up and you're good to go. Just be careful not to keep it in the oven for too long or you will melt the lense.

any updates on this truck?

caps pop off, they have double sided tape and i thinik they clip on too. but not sure about that. i know i took my buddies through the car wash and it popped the cap off on one side
