Got rearended in the truck . Damn thing is jinxed, thinking of trading for a 2001 Tahoe 2wd (black, leather, 5.3). I was wondering if my 4/6 DJM drop would work (lower control arms, flip kit)? How about shorty headers?

Nope, different rear setup, front should work though. The headers should work.
