Well guys heres another wreck............to sum up the story im traveling east and the other car was traveling west...she made a left turn in front of me, i slammed on breaks and it was too late. they had four passengers, one was ejected. i immediately checked on my passenger who was okay and went over to the other car to see if they were okay (me being an officer). they are said to be in critical condition while i have a bruised wrist. What makes it worse is, the drivers of the mercury called their family who came to the scence and lied to the police officers stating they saw the whole thing and i ran a red light...anyways i got the ticket, but im going to court. Trying to figure out what to buy now ......

I hope you are able to straighten that crap out in court. Are there and street cameras? Damn man, that sucks. I'd be outrageously pissed for getting a ticket.

Being an officer they might investigate it for you, a lot of larger towns have traffic cams on the light poles. Shoulda got the whole thing on tape.

 

So this bitch pulls out in front of you and you get a ticket? That's bullshit...

 

no traffic cameras...and yep i got the ticket they did not bring out the traffic homicide investigator trever so there probably wont be any further investigations. i doubt that truck will be fixed, it was on fire and i hit them going about 45-50. think i might get a TBSS

 

If they were travelling in the opposite direction and turned left in front of you and they claimed you ran the light, wouldn't that mean they ran the red light also?

 

There is no way I would have been able to stay calm if that happened to me. I can't believe their family lied to the officers and said they saw the whole thing! In the end it will work out in your favor, though. There will be a hole in someone's story to prove they are lying pieces of ****.
