Exclamation Should I go lower

I have a 2/4 drop currently on my rcsb on 20's with 285/50 tires. I want to go lower but do not know if it is really worth it since I have already installed coils, hangers and shackles. I was thinking about doing spindles for more drop out front and maybe a c-notch in the back. Will the notch lower the back end much?

I dont think the cnotch will give you any more drop.It just allows more travel in the suspension so your not riding on the bumpstops.if you want lower in the back you need a flip kit and yes spindles will give you 2 more inches in the front.

post a pic. the notch will not lower your truck, just allow more suspension travel. a flip kit (you will need to put your stock shackles and hangers back on) will be needed for more drop, or drop leaf springs. in the front you could do spindles or a-arms. you will also probably need to change tire sizes if you go lower.

i have 4" drop leafs and 2" shackles and added aftermarket overload springs in the rear and 3" coils in the front with 275/45/20s. check my profile for pics

If you have to ask yourself if you want to go lower than you need to go lower. Its always possible to go lower and you cant ever go wrong with going lower. Our trucks look so good slammed its ridiculous . There are so many different options with our trucks to make them lower. It really just comes down to how deep are your pockets and what are you willing to do to take your truck to that next level to make it look that much better.

I plan on getting the NNBS stock 20's to stick under the wheel wells most definitely so that wouldn't be an issue. I was just curious if i should keep my aggressive sport truck look or go lower and look cleaner.

What kind of plans do you have for your truck?? If your just going to do bolt-ons then I'd prolly atleast slam it down and make it look nice but if your going to build up the motor and make it fast then I'd just keep the 2/4 and keep the aggressive sport truck look. But then again thats my opinion.
