Default Seatbelt Question

I have a 2000 Silverado Ext Cab Short Bed. The passenger side rear seatbelt got pulled all of the way out and will not go back in. I think that the retractor is bad. Does this seem right? If so, can I buy one at like Autozone or do I have to get it from the dealer. Any help would be appreciated.

I really doubt you'll find it at a parts store, more than likely it's a dealer itme only. But, yeah, my guess would be on the retractor also.
