Default reupholster seats?

I'm looking at reupholstering the seats in both my Tahoe (needs it BAD!!! Seats are HARD as rocks!) and Silverado.

The Tahoe just has factory "leather" front and 2nd row seats (ditched the 3rd row seat).

The Silverado has factory cloth driver and passenger seats (center jump replaced by console).

I see lots of different "pre-made" leather or imitation leather reupholster sets online (ex: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...3A1|240%3A1318 ).

Has anyone ever done one of these? How hard is it to do (I have NEVER done ANY upholstery work before)?

For people who live in the Phoenix area:

- Do you know how to do this and would you be willing to teach me (I'll buy beer/steaks/make it a party )?
- Know of a good upholstery shop that won't charge and arm and a leg (the Tahoe needs new/more foam)?

I have katzkins in both my trucks. Only installed one set, the other was already in the truck when I bought it. There is a great write up on gmfullsize about how install them. I had never down any upholstery work either, wasn't really hard though.

Here is the link

i have helped my buddies put in some sets. i know if they are pre-made and made for the truck we always turned them inside out and just slipped them down the seat. (hard to explain... like a pillow and pillow case, just turn the pillow case inside out and put the closed end on the top and pull down, kinda like a condom)
