Default Repairing leather cracking

I have some serious cracking on my arm rest. Does anyone know how to repair this? Ive looked at the leather reapir kits and they seem to be made to fix big single tears not a bunch of little cracks as I have. Anyone know hoe to fix this or where to get replacement arm rest? Obviously I dont want to buy a while leather kit for my entire truck to fix the arm rest.

A local upholstery shop should be able to get the stuff and fix them for as cheap as you could do it yourself IF you can even find matching material. Try one of these guys for an estimate :

I've repaired cracks and tears before. A friend of mine does it for a living. It's a pretty involved process. We prep'd the seat as you would for paint. Filled the tear and cracks. Let dry, and sand down. Re-prep for a few shots of leather dye. The hard part was getting the color matched.

I would have someone else do it if you want it done right. Don't spend the money on a kit. Good luck.
