Just take your time and pull slowly,

I like to start with a plastic body filler paddle to work behind the trim and help pry it up, just pull easy, then your thumb and elbow grease, and that orange goo gone will get rid of the adhesive ,

Good luck !

Default Plastic body filler paddle

Where to buy?

I washed the beast and decided that I should join the pack and streamline the ride. And it looks loose in a few places!

I remember on my '92 sportbed, I peeled an upper corner of the decal on the tailgate then clamped a vicegrip on it and watched it peel off on its own.

On my 06 i slowly worked on a corner till i had a start in it. Then slowly pull it off. If u park it in the hot sun it will take most of the adhesive with the molding! gl.

Just let the truck sit out in the sun for a few hours, grab a corner and slowly pull. Do yourself a huge favor and buy an eraser wheel. Automotive grade goo gone works wonders as well. Be sure to clean thouroughly and apply a coat of protectant afterwards.

use a hair dryer or move the heat gun carefully, it's easy to overheat with the heat gun

I used a huge plastic spatula litterally a 15 minute job with the eraser wheel

mine came mounted on a die grinder
for 25.00 bought it at an auto body supply/detail store

try TCP global through amazon 3m wheel looks to be better choice but the generic worked fine for me

now 47.00
