35% all around. I already talked to a shop recommended by a friend and he said, "It'll be $75 as long as there's no SES lights or tint on the front." I say, "There are no SES codes." He said, "Then it'll be $500." I hung up.

A regular razor blade scraper and some soapy water(spray bottle). you can probably pull the film off in one big piece, but the glue will remain. the soapy water is the key while scaping the glue. 1 window shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes. if you have a rear defroster then it's a different story..

i dunno, id try it first, the worst they can say to you is peel it off, take it to a branch place like pep boys and see what they say first, ya never know

but if they dont wanna do it like fast crew said, soapy water and a razor blade will do it

im from canada, cops catch you with the tint on its a huge ticket. I already had to take mine off, luckily i got a warning but i just used a razor to start it in a corner and the gradually work your way out. you can also go to a parts store and get a degreaser or something along those lines that will eat up the glue left over. I forget what the **** i used was called but it also worked good for taking the left over glue off the body from the dealership sticker that was slapped on the tailgate

I did it last night. Not too bad. I used Windex w/ Ammonia and the film came off in pretty much one big piece. The glue was a PITA though. I'm going to be scraping it off the felt pieces for a long time. If I had to do it again I'd take those off.

Or Oklahoma, where you NEVER have to get it inspected and 5% tint is no big deal...
