Removing side moldings on Tahoe?

Ok guys, I want a cleaner look on my Tahoe.. removed the roof rack, it looked like ***

Anybody have shots with body moldings and/or running boards removed?

Do you have any pics of the removal off the roof rack ? Were there holes and how hard was it to remove ?
