I recommend using some strong fishing line or wire and run it behind the molding like you would floss your teeth. Helps cut throught the tape and keeps most of it on the molding and not on you truck so that when they are off, your cleanup of the residue is much easier!

is it easy to get the tape off the body once you take the moulding off? I know that you can't really use nail polish remover (works awesome for tape residue) any suggestions? or does it just peel off?

I just did mine last week. Very Important - make sure you leave it sitting out in the sun for a couple of hours before when you do it, makes it a lot easier to get off. . Mine just peeled right off with nothing but my fingers, no residue either. I did the driver side at lunch and the passanger side after work. My truck is brand new though so I'm sure that helped a lot!

If you can't have it in the sun for that long, I just use a hairdryer for a little bit on it to get it loose.
