Drove home, parked the truck, pulled off the stickers. Used the booger rolling technique to get off the little bit of remaining adhesive.

I was looking at my badges today wondering how hard it would be to take them off...

Have any of you tried taking the molding of the side???

I have heard to use fishing line, hair dryer and some goo gone. I am going to try this once I have room to pull my truck into the garage.

just dont be in a hurry, and expect sore fingers for a couple of days.
you might need to do some paint prepping after you get them off, just depends on how long they have been on there. black is the worst.
but you cant even tell i had any on mine.

Just make sure that you roll off as much of the remaining glue as you can. Then use something like Goo-Gone to get the rest off. I have taken moldings off of 2 trucks and I Camaro. It is not that hard, just time consuming.

its kinda alot of work, but it does look alot cleaner with them off.. goodluck!

Exactly what I was going to say! Great minds think alike!

Hair dryer or low setting of a heat gun

The remaining adhesive - if you peel up some of the tape
then pull it slightly in the opposite direction - of the tape
the tape with stretch - then lift up slightly
you can even put your finger under the stretched tape
to help lift it off the panel
the tape will come off
no booger rolling - no goo gone - very easy
little technique involved and be patient

Well 3 weeks after I bought my truck it got keyed down one whole side, so I just had the body shop take off all the moldings and badges when it was being painted...no sore fingers or booger rolling for me.
