Default Relocated my jack today. Pics Inside

Ok guys since I put my sub box in under the rear seat i had to take my jack out, it's been sitting in the garage for like 2 months now, so I figured there was someplace I could put it under the hood. I used the stock mounting bracket for the jack and placed it inside the passenger fender, used one existing bolt and added one to secure it, that's it.

I've been wanting to do the same. What size bolt did you use?

Not really sure, it was just something I had laying around, it's about an inch long and has a 10 mm head on it and used a 10mm nut as well.

Thats a good idea, I bought my truck wrecked and the box that covers everything is gone. I might have to try that.

no, i haven't found a place for the bar and all that stuff yet, i think i can just keep in in the pocket behind the seat or something, it's not that big of a deal, but if anyone has any ideas...let me know.

Yeah but the jacks they supply are garbage....saw one break this week while my buddy was trying to change a flat tire on his Tahoe. Luckily no one got hurt. I'm glad I got AAA now after seeing that happen
