Default Randomn Problem with Bose Stereo

My pickup is new and this is my first post to LS1tech, although i have viewed for many months, so thanks for viewing my first post. Anyways, i have had a problem at times in the past where when i start the pickup, the stereo goes crazy and all my presets are changed and the XM doesn't work properly(It doesn't display any station names) and also it doesn't seem to want to read some cds sometimes and then at other times itll read the exact same cd perfectly fine. Could you let me know if anyone else has had this problem and/or what the cause might be. Also give me some tips on better posting if u think i need them. Thanks Guys!

I friend of mine had that problem on his 2004. I think his head unit was broke. I hope its under warranty cause his wasn't and it was 500 something to replace. Later

I thought it was trashed at first myself, but then it quit having that problem and it only occasionally happens now. Was his intermittent as well or consistent problem every time he started up is pickup?

The radio in my moms 03 Tahoe acts up sometimes. it either will not read the cd or spit it out. Happens very rarely, but it eventually will play.
