chevy regency trucks came with stripes on the hood and tail spoiler, they look good id suggest looking up a regency on the net. u could probably buy the same exact stripes. chevrolet never made a car or truck with stripes on the roof.

i think that it would be cool to do a retro "ghost" stripe on the hood and the hood only. that requires some work though. it is not a mod for the broke. you also can do a vinel application. i have seen some done that are actually pretty good. and they are cheap. pretty much any sign shop can do them. good will hunting!

Cammin03 gets banned, the thread lays dormant for almost a year and then it comes back....spooky huh? Stripes can be cool but you have to be ready to stand out from the crowd. As many who tell you it looks good will tell you it's ugly.

Im not a fan of stripes, Im not really in to "show" anything. To each his own, but that yellow truck is bad though.

I dont really care for those stripes too much...or the valence on the truck for that matter. To me the stripes are too blocky where the hood is curvey. They mess with the curves of the hood. I like the ones better that are just on the top of the cowl with an outline. Has anyone tried the vynal idea? I thought about it but never went through with it.

Im thinking of some ghost flames on my cowl hood. Very subtle though. Or grey or silver stripes on either side of the cowl.
