Default Questions about 4/6 DJM drop?

I was considering the 4/6 DJM using control arms, and a flip kit. I plan on getting some Edelbrock IAS shocks also.
My questions are...
Can I use Cal Tracs with a 4/6 drop?

Do I need a tie rod end flip kit? This is something I saw in a mag. and it said it would correct the angle of the tie rod. I dunno????

After the drop I plan on getting some 275/40/20 on chrome SS rims. I don't think there will be any issues there.
Thanks for any help or input.

I just realized that we have similar beaters! Mine's a 92 SL2 w/ 188k on the clock. Love the hell outta that little car!

Anywho........

I think a 275/40 will be okay w/ the 4/6, just check to make sure that you have full turning radius and plenty of clearance before you drive off. I have a feeling that you might get a little rubbing at full lock.

Good luck!

My beater only has 113k on it and still going strong. I love my beater.

I think you might run into problems with that size tire paired with the SS rims. The SS wheels dont really have the right backspacing to work right on a truck lowered that much. That being said, I have seen them on Bagged Fullsizes, but they have alot smaller tire, and the natural negative camber when aired out.
