I just wanted to know where y'all get stuff like hoods, rollpans, etc. painted in the Houston area, and do they prefer the item to be on or off the truck when it is painted? Or does it depend what the item is! Thanks!

If you're talking about rollpans and hoods, I'd personally want them to paint the parts while they were on the vehicle. That way they can blend the paint into the surrounding body panels.

 

Ive always had exterior stuff painted at the dealership. I take stuff there to be painted while it is off the truck since I want everything painted right. Dealerships can exactly match your paint code and allow for fading. My pops works at the dealership near me so I may be getting a little discount, but I really dont know
