I'm thinking of doing a full center console in my RC, there's a lot on eBay for cheap, but they are all out of extra cabs, will it fit? They all have the rear cup holders or radio, or whatever, but I know they'll be against the back of the cab, so it really doesn't matter. I'm hoping any one from a Tahoe-Yukon-EC, CC will fit...

 

It will fit 100% sure.. hooks up exactly like the jump seat.......

 

sweet, so I should be able to remove the "in dash" fold down cup holder, and put a full console in it's place?

uuhh, crud. do I have to get a 99-02? It looks like the 03 and laters are a one peice, and the earlier ones are a console with an extension.

 

they didnt change the way they mounted or the cab deminsions yet.... so it dosent matter what one you get hell get one off a 06 it will work

read this guys auction. He may be full of crap (most of them are) but he says it will not fit a 2002 and earlier without a dash mod? what the heck is he talking about.

 

oooo thats right the newer ones did take the place of the lighters and ash tray you would have to ditch those and im not sure if you would need any new parts to hook up that dash sorry i forgot

 

to get the 03+ console to work you need the 03+ glovebox assembly. And if its in a 99-02 truck you'll have about an inch gap between the console and dash bezel.
