could i just spray and cover my top bumper in this really good and then paint it to match the truck? would it stick well enough?

i know this adhesion primer is suppose to work but idk about this brand and type..i dont see why it wouldnt..if u are painting the black bumper cap adhesion promoter is suppose be stuff to make paint stick to it but i am sure someone will step in and say for sure if this will work..but like i said idk why it wouldnt..good luck..im about to start same kind of painting!
