Problem after 03 Tails
#1
Just got my 03 tails in and installed them on my 99...
Note: All the lights worked perfectly before installation.
All the lights checked out fine except the signal lights, they will not work now on either side OR the front, and even the indicator lights in the cluster will not light up
Note2: The hazard lights will still work.
From the tech manual on these trucks from what I can tell, the hazard and signals are on the same circuti, so shouldn't both not work.
I'm positive everything is plugged in tight on the power block under the bed, but I'm going to double check this evening (but if they wasn't none of the lights should work should they?)

Before reading Note2 I was just going to say check the fuses. I had a problem with fuses blowing out when I tryed to use APC's led bulbs. But that sounds odd. If the hazards work fine....then the turn signals should also. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

yea it's definitely strange, I got some fuses today to try after work... it sounds like in the Hayne's Manual that the fuse could still blow and just make the signals stop working...

really? Hayne's shows it being just one relay... their illustration is probably wrong though cause it would be strange to have both on one relay (but if anyone would do it that way it would be gm) lol

lol, well i may make myself look like a moron...
when i worked at oriellys over the summer 99% of the cars had a different relay for hazards and blinkers. they did change alot of things when they started making these trucks though...
