what do yall think should be done next

i was thnkin maybe small lift and some esky handles and tahoe grille??

I think that's a great idea! I'd also de-badge it... but that's JMO. As well as add some 03+ tails.

Looks real good, I'd paint the lower part of the tailgate to match the 2-tone, add some painted fender flares, fogs, and some clear headlights
