I want to take off the badges/moldings, but I'm concerned about a few things. One, it's a 2001 and has been sitting in the sun since production and I'm worried that the paint under the badges/moldings will be darker than the rest of the truck. Two, I'm a highschool student and I park in the school lot. I really don't like driving around there. Too many people that don't know how to drive and with my luck if I removed the moldings someone would dent my door. How hard would it be to get the paint under the badges to match the paint on the rest of the truck if I did remove the badges/moldings?
