they are going to paint it and supply the paint and supplies but if i want it smooth I have to do it. Hey for $75 they will paint, supply the supplies, prep, remove the parts from the truck and them put them back after they cure then that isnt too bad to me. I just wanted it to look a bit smoother. I saw a Ava that had all the body plastic painted to match and it look ok but would have looked better smooth.

just make sure they use a heavy filling primer and it should fill in the grooves...my buddy painted his interior stuff with a heavy primer and it looked smoothe/felt smoothe. or you could sand it down smoothe, but that WILL TAKE FOREVER!

when he says **** LOAD OF SANDING....that is an understatement. i sanded for like 2 days on 1 piece of the door panel on my truck and it's still not completely smoothe.

What flex additive are you guys using?
btw, adhesion promoter would be a good idea in this application too. bulldog is a good name brand (its always in stock at the local O'Riellys). get the spray stuff, that brush on crap is a PITA
