Default Painting mirrors

I have a problem though. I have power windows with the chrome piece on it. I want to take that off, and the mirror. Question is how do I do that without messing anything up?

The mirror cap is held on by 4 clips and double sided tape. The tabs are really weak and will most likely break when you try to disasimbol them, but it doesn't matter because the two sidded tape is what holds them on. Check out this link.http://www.gmfullsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36860
