Painted Valve covers

Here are mine, sandblasted, polished up a bit, then 2 coats Engine enamel primer, 2 coats engine enamel chevy engine orange, then 2 coats engine enamel clear coat.


In person they look better...it sucks...there is like no "orange peel" its smooth as glass.

painted them yesterday put them on today thanks...those look great dustin!! how much did it cost you to sandblast them? the ones i put on mine had like chips and stuff in them...you can't tell unless you get in the engine compartment...but still i want to re-do them with a nice red & clear them & paint the brackets black again

Ill be sure to take pictures of the whole motor when its done my plans are, Black valley cover and front cover, orange block and valve covers. The rest will stay as factory intended...it will be a work of art hidden by harnesses and brackets haha...also thanks.
