Is that per mirror or for the pair?

For the pair. I had my mirrors, smooth front bumper cap, and smooth door handles painted for $100.

Just got my mirrors back last week and it was about $325. That was for sanding and paint. Yes, this was the highest bid i got but went to a custom paint shop and it comes with a lifetime warranty. Don't know how you could do it for less than $100. Even if you sand them yourself it is still an hour per mirror @ $45 an hour plus paint, shop time and supplies.

an hour per mirror? your shop needs power tools they had my entire bedside sanded down, and a deep dent in the corner of my cab removed and primered in about 20 minutes at the shop i use.

oh and that only cost me 400$(i removed the cracked side of the bed and supplied all of the parts for them to use)

I did my myself, and they still look good for an amature painter. Do it on a sunny day so the paint can be baked on by the sun use a light compound or polish to buff than wax and your done sand paper paint and polish and wax cost no more than 25$ bucks total. Save your self some money, do it your self.

The hour per mirror was for paint time only. It was 2 hours per mirror to sand them all down. It was high but after ten other shops said they would not or could not paint the mirrors what are you going to do..... it's only money. I had sanded my tailgate handle and bezel and that was enough sanding for me.
