painted interior pieces
#1
waz up guys i've been bored the last week or so since none of the parts i just ordered has come in so i decided it was time to work on the interior. after a week of research and a lot of questions to the paint shop next door, i decided it was time to let the paint fly, i'm still not done these are the first 2 pieces to be done. IMO i think hey look good for being a first timer, i'll post the rest once i'm done. i guess this is a good time to start a thread about painted interiors

why is this rice? if i would have done it with spray paint, without smoothing it out or real paint and clear, than yeah that's rice but this looks nice go to a truck show and every single truck there will have something similar, i respect your opinion cuz we all have different tastes but don't call it rice after all that work i did

smoothed and painted interior pieces are rice no matter how it was done. minor accents arent bad but Apillar and switch panels are rice.
if your happy with it fine but ive seen to many to count of smoothed and fiberglass and etc interiors and all were rice. alot of the imports did this years ago
on this site you wont find to many ppl who care to paint interiors. most of us would rather see dyed to factory color interior pieces along with gauges and etc

sensitive subject i guess.
Personally i think its too flashy, but different strokes for different folks. For me a nice coat of armor-all is all you need.
Post pics after you get it installed. Like to see what it looks like actually on the truck.
