i was thinking about buying a grille from someone and having the grey painted maroon but leave the chrome, i would proably leave the top cap black bec of my fender flares but also get a S.S. speed grille or some type of billet one. here is mine now:

I'd do everything but the air dam! Is that the factory Tahoe Z71 rims on that RC truck? I'm glad I didn't get those, my Avalanches look better.

no i have no plans for the airdam other than a HD one, i hate painted airdams with a passion, only a few i like, just right now the grille, the second pic is just for refrence, as far as those rims, i think they are the same as yours just chromed, not stock

 

yes just like that without the other parts painted, if i had colormatched flares or no flares i would probably paint the top cap, but since i like the black contrast of the flares i think a black topcap will form good with the flares

P.S. i am so jelious, i love the blue trucks, that is the color i wanted, my uncle has a blue one just like mine and i want it so bad. i love the painted caps, i have ordered painted handles so they should be here not too long
