Default Opinions on ADDING side moldings

I know there's been a lot of talk about removing side moldings, but I really wouldn't mind adding the SLE Sierra chrome trim to the truck. I like the clean look that I have know with no molding, but every time I see a truck with this molding I wanna get it.

Any thoughts? Here's a photochopped pic that a buddy of mine worked up for me...

Looks very good to me. Nice looking truck. I put those moldings on my dad's 03 chevy and they look a lot better than the stock ones. I'd say go for it.

Put'em on and if you don't like'em take back off. It's only money. HAHAHAHA I like the GMC molding alot better than the Chevy ones.

What he said. My truck started out as a stripper SL believe it or not. Only options were the 4.8/automatic, air, and cruise and tilt steering.

they would look good on your truck because you already have some chrome on there. the GMC moldings nice looking, plus as said if you dont like them after all you can just take em off....try it.

They're a little expensive to just slap on and take back off. I think they're in the $100 range last I checked?

If you plan to color match your frontend, I wouldn't put them on. Otherwise, get them.
