it looks like the only way i can go is denali front, but i really like the stock outer grill shell painted with a trenz billet grill. so what can i do to the bumper to get rid of the chrome? is there a denali bumper that fits the stock GMC grill? is there an aftermarket cover that doesnt look like rice? how horrible would it look to paint the chrome piece white and the lower valence black on a white truck? anybody have pics of your GMC front with a diff bumper? thanks

 

I just sold my 03 GMC.
I smoothed a work truck grille and had it painted.
As far as the bumper we sandblasted it and painted it inside and out-- due to GM's wonderful rusting process on the inside after 1 year.


I went with the carraige works grille.

I would of preffered a recess billet grille (like the ones available for 99-02), but Lund was the only recessed grille and it fit like ***.
