Nightmare experience with Recon truck acc.
1.)Purchased some LED tails for my 08 GMC, recon thought the chevy tails were compatible, of course they figure it out after I already buy mine.
2.)I ship the lights back asking for a refund, don't here anything for 12 days.
3.)I call to check status of the refund, they say they'll take care of it.
4.)apparently their way of taking care of it is to charge me again instead of refunding me bringing the total to $725 for LED tails that I don't even have any more!
5.)I call to explain the problem in the nicest way I could manage at this point, they say they'll fix it in 10 min.
6.)That was 12 hours ago still haven't fixed it!
