Default New Wheels...........Thoughts?

Nitto 555r 305/45 R18 110V I am putting these on the 10 inch wheel in the back.
Nitto 404 255/55 R18 109V I am putting these on the 8 inch wheel in the front.

The fronts are 28.94 tall and the rears are 28.78, do you think it will look ok? Let me know what you think of the combo.

Nice I think it will make a very nice setup. After seeing what j smith and alwhite 00 truck looked like with 18's I think I will sell my 20's for some 18's by next summer.

yeah the 20's are just not cutting it for traction.

Well the wheels look great, I dont know about the tire size? Why are you going with those sizes, is it because of performance or looks? What price are you getting those wheels for? Either way I think those wheels look great, laters.

Performance reasons. The tires are about .5 inches shorter than my 20's...

Default I think they look great.

I have seen a similiar setup on a truck and it looked fine. I'm not sure about the sizes he had but i believe they were 255/50/18 up front (X-treme Nitto truck tire, close in the size but could be off slightly), and Nitto drag radial in the back. The drag radials were size 305/45/18, or something like that. I know that his front tire was slightly taller, but wasn't noticeable.

I'm running 18x9.5 front and rear with the matching set of nittos 295/45-18 front 555 and 305/45-18 555r drags.
No rubbing issues or fitment problems on a 6"backspace.
No problems in the rear either. I have hotckis 2"coils 4" leafs, Front and rear sway bars and Caltrac bars.
10" is great for the 305. If you want to use the 295 up front perhaps intro could set you up wwith at least a 9" rim. I was going to go with intros and the customer service was awesome. Just couldn't afford it. I found the boyds locally.

He had a 2/4 drop on his truck too, forgot to mention that. I'll ask if he has some pics he wants to share.

When Blacksheep still had the EVOs on his truck he had a 255/55-305/45 combo and it looked fine. Couldnt tell the 1/4 inch difference by looking at it.

I love those wheels. Intro makes some of the best looking ones out there IMO. I am actually wanting a set of Pentia 6's myself since I wont be able to mout a set of DR on my current 18x8.5, which I believe I am going to need after my new heads/cam setup gets on the truck.
