It could be the little retaining clips on the wheel studs they put on at factory to hold the rotors on. I'd removed them if they are still on.

those look great!
those are kelly fierce st tires, and they're pretty good they are the same as road hugger xrt's. i had them a while on my old truck and they rode nice. the pulsing in the brake pedal is more than likely warped rotors, you just may not have noticed before. and as for the balance you should see about them using the hammer on weights on the lip of the rim, or better yet have them road force balanced, thats where they align the lighter side of the rim with the heavy side of the tire so they dont have to use as much weight to balance the wheel

The new setup looks great!! Sounds to me like your rotors are warped. You can remove them and have your local machine shop resurface them for cheap. Do the front ones first and test drive it. Do the rears if it still pulsates after that.

hey on your rear brakes. if there drums (05 and up) take the little clip off that holds the drum on the axle. it cause the wheel to not seat right and bad shacking. i learned this first hand i thought a wheel was gonna fall off

I was going to suggest that also. If the clips are already removed, then most likely its your rotors being warped. I know my old 06 Silverado Z71 used to shimmy a bit when braking and that was with stock wheels/tires.

Regardless, the truck looks great, will look killer when you finish the drop.
