Looks awesome unklej, definitely an improvement from when I saw you at Dyno Day a few months back...keep up the good work What's next on the mod list, performance or appearance?

How about a 2/4 drop?

Truck looks nice. Good choice of wheels and tires. Where did you get that lower front bumper extension from? Was it easy to install? Your truck needs 2" shackles and a debadged tailgate, IMO.

The bumper extension is from a 05-07 4x4... Part #10386198. It cost $27.44 from gmpartsdirect.com. It was very easy to install, however you need a lower valance (gray piece) from a 05-07 to install it due to mounting clips that are built into the valance.

I hear yeah about the shackles and the debadging the gate. I may do the gate soon, but I'm hit or miss on the shackles due to haul and tow-ability issues. I don't want to limit those areas... we'll see. only 385 miles until the warranty runs out... hehe

a 2inch shackle shouldn't affect the ability to haul to much. I've got a 5inch rear drop and i've had over 800lbs in the bed no problem

Thanks blackGMC, the wheels are factory and are from a 2007 GMC Yukon and 2007 nnbs Sierra pickups. They are 17x7.5 and the 275/60/17 fits great and matches my stock tire diameter perfectly (stock was 255/70/16 - 30" diameter). I bought them on here from Wolfgang427 on 11/11 for $300. That seems to be the average price when I checked other sets selling on Ebay.

Good to know ...Umm ... Georgel...
