As mentioned, definitely MF - preferably a waffle weave that has good absorbency properties. Ideally, if your paint is in good shape and is protected, you just do a "flood" rinse (low pressure on the hose, very shallow angle with the nozzle) and most of the water will actually sheet right off. This makes drying hoods, roofs, tonneaus, etc., very easy.
It's kinda' hard to believe, but most swirl marks are introduced through poor washing and drying techniques.
I too was curious about buffer trails, holograms, etc. Just generalizing here - it's amazing that most body shops put so much effort into the paint, only to ignore the mess they create in leveling and correcting it. The troublesome thing is that a lot of the compounds & polishes they use leave behind a very light oily residue that hides the trails. It's only in bright sunlight, often a week or two later, that they're easily visible.
Anyway, sorry for the tangent. Again...I love the scheme and color choices. The truck looks terrific!
