I have a opportunity to grab a set of Escalade 18s with tires for very cheap. You guys think it would look good? Truck is also about to be dropped in the back 2 inches and since these pictures the entire grill has been painted black.

Same here, my winter wheels are plasti dipped and are holding up just fine so far. Been about a month so far. Also have my front bumper, grill shell, and mirror caps done.
