That is a factory 06/07classic silverado grill.

Dang ok. I like that better than the 04 grill. Doubt that can be made to work on an 04

It was a direct fit for me. The hood in the picture is also a 06/07 HD hood.

It won't look right with the 03-05 hood, but good news is the fenders and headlights are the same, so all you need to convert is the 06/07c hood and grill. Those trucks also came with a painted top cap on the bumper, but that's not needed for the swap...

That is the 2005 HD Hood and Grille. GM referred to it as the power dome hood in there advertising literature. It was also used on the 1500 series on the 2006/2007 classic models.

The top cap of the bumper is not always painted to match. Some are just textured plastic. Usually the lower/base models.
