could play with some candy colors like lime time candy green or brandy wine red or just look threw a paint book and find something that really catches your eye

Thanks for the kind words!! While I know the spare is an eye sore, knowing my luck, as soon as I removed it I would get a damn flat. I have been thinking about building a bracket and relocating it into the bed somehow. We'll see.....

i think it would look good with two racing stripes, like the rst's had.

that red on your calipers looks good with the truck, maybe two racing stripes in that color?

i say charcoal grey on top with a thin red or orange line separating the top and bottom. or paint the whole truck that new gm silver i think its called sheer silver metalic! i really like that color
