Smooth the roll pan and dump the exhaust just before and slightly under the roll pan
would clean up the rear of the truck
03 tails would be nice too.
Always like that color

I don't mean it looks half-assed, I think it looks damn good. Kinda has an exotic flare.
Anyway, just throwing out sudgestions.

This is my honest opinion--and please don't hate me for it.
The tag centered in the tailgate throws off the look of the back of the truck for some reason. I really like a clean, smooth tailgate with no tag in it at all.
I like the idea of the air-actuated tag!
As for the exhaust--I really like this rollpan from Regency conversions...looks really nice up close.

i think putting on a bumper would going backwards in customizing. I like roll pans because they are super smooth. If your roll pan is metal, I would weld and seal it to be one. The look you have is original and I would try to run with it a little bit. I would try to get the navigator kit. It has a chrome bezel/ring around the license plate with a back up light. Also, they make a corvette kit too. T=I don't really like them, but they are an option for you. Here are a couple of pictures of the back of my truck(not very good pics-sorry). The only bad thing about welding the roll pan is that if you back into something you could put a crease in your quarter panels.

I think you should get the roll pan molded with the side fenders. Kind of make it one piece. The 03 lights sound good also. Get the license plate to flip down like LS1charm said. Also dump the pipes and smooth everything on the back. But it does look good now.
