I have a rcsb 04 silverado, I am putting a set of 17" Tahoe police style steel wheels on it. I am torn over what color to paint them. I am dropping them at the sandblasters today. At first I was thinking just a flat black. I woulf love to see other pics and hear suggestions, I am open to other colors as well, gloss black, primer??????

 

What is the color of your truck? Maybe a picture might help.

 

Can't really see the police wheels being any other color than black and looking decent. I vote like a semi gloss black. A pic of the truck, or at least the color would help a lot though.

Nothin wrong w/. a police Tahoe wheel. I've thought of doin it before. If not doin a satin or gloss black, match to body. W/. your color, it prolly wouldn't show dirt/ brake dust.
GueroRSCB, I gotta think the Tahoe police wheels are relatively inexpensive. However, I member lookin at some center caps of some kind of cop vehicle & they were more than the stock caps that came on that ride. Go figure.

 

Ive seen local state trooper tahoes around here police tahoes around too caught my attention bc some cop tahoes look lowered from the rear, they actually dont look that bad at all on trucks.
